The crew was respectful of my neighbours and as a result, there were no issues. All work was complete as promised with nothing left undone. Throughout all phases of the renovation (taking over a year and a half from the planning stages), Paul and team were forthcoming with ideas and suggestions, were happy to scope out and suggest materials to use in each space and regularly kept us informed and engaged in each step. Living through a renovation such as this with two young children, Paul and team were very accommodating in trying to minimize the impact to our family. Our onsite Project Manager was excellent in that he was very professional and respectful of keeping the space as clean as reasonably possible, was very consultative with regards to decisions and keeping us informed of what was to come.
