> My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not a single design was presented to us for approval, yet they went ahead and made major changes to the house without permission. Cheap faucets were installed despite us specifying higher-quality fixtures, and essential features, like the shower and steam room, were removed from the design even after repeatedly telling them to keep them. What they replaced it with was a poorly planned, half-finished shower that looked like it was done just to cut costs.

> We also instructed them not to touch the counters aside from changing the color. Instead, they removed an entire kitchen island, and never put it back. I’m now missing a sink completely. Floors were installed that don’t match the rest of the house, and our closet was made significantly smaller even though we only asked for a color change and to keep the original layout. Even the shower heads were installed too low for an adult to stand under, showing a total lack of attention to basic measurements.

> The kitchen was supposed to have a modern, clean look with push-to-open, knobless cabinets. Instead of replacing them as agreed and paid for, they simply painted the old ones. For the amount charged, this is absolutely unacceptable.

> This entire project has been a complete failure by this company and all parties involved. I now have to spend an additional $500,000+ out of pocket to fix their mistakes and essentially start from scratch.

> Stay far away from this company. They are not reliable, not detail-oriented, and should not be trusted with any architectural or remodeling work. More issues to express but don’t have enough space is running boards (around entire home), windows, removed Venetian blinds and put paper blinds from AMAZON, and removed an entire vegetable sink in the kitchen, upstairs flooring, lights, removed entire house sound system and didn’t reinstall, cameras disconnected and just left for show, etc. Took this circus of a company almost 3 years to charge premium dollar and waste time. I could keep going, but stay far away from this company if possible, it is a joke.

Hi, where did you buy the vanity?

A: Tnis was custom built on tbe job by the cab maker.

A: This would have to be custom made probably with a pocket door slide or a pantry cabinet pull out

**Q: How much space is needed for the pull out shelving?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: If they used cabinet hardware for the slide the depth is no more than 24" and the width is about 6" to 8"
