I have no experience in this field, and knew what I wanted to be able to do - but had no idea how to do it. Dave was responsive, knowledgeable, and came up with a clear plan to integrate all the things I wanted into the new home -- a security system; remote monitoring and temp control; video and a sound system. Dave guided me to proper choices to meet my needs and which avoided unnecessary expense. He also traveled a distance to meet with my wife and I, and accommodated my schedule. We are still in the middle of this project (due to delays in the other construction areas - not Innovative's work) but Dave's installation work was done quickly, expertly and at a reasonable price. I am very happy with his guidance and selections, and can verify that he is very experienced and knowledgeable.
