They gave my neighborhood association the information that was requested and worked within the guidelines of our bylaws. The retaining wall was done in a professional way and took much less time than I would have possibly anticipated and it looks great. They were also able to do a couple other small requests at the end to round out the effectiveness of the project by helping drainage issues around the back of the house. Water had been leaking into the garage, the wall was leaning and the bricks sliding. This project included the removal of bushes, the building of temporary supports, taking down the wall, waterproofing, and rerouting water run-off to a buried PVC pipe. After rebuilding the wall, the exterior area was regraded and all debris removed. Most of the bricks were reused and new ones matched to fit. > It was easy to reach the manager by cell phone to discuss plans and progress. He clearly described the procedure, reasons for each step, and fee structure. The cost was HALF the price of my other 2 quotes. The project was completed in the estimated time period. We were able to work with Kyle on color/ style choices to achieve the exact look we wanted, The care and intricate work that was put into finishing this project was truly amazing and transformed our home. We couldn't be more pleased with how it looks and the depth it added to our home. The guys were all respectful of our home, taking care not to damage the hardwoods and cleaned up daily. Our only concern was the project management side of the project and inconsistency of the timeline to complete it. Dexter had a lot of projects going at once and any lag seemed to distract from ours. I would use Dexter block again but would insist on a timeline for completion and stay more engaged to keep it on track.
