> We were guided through the entire process--selection of a plan, modifications, design, etc. The advice and assistance we were given were well beyond anything we could have expected. All of the staff were very courteous, helpful, accommodating, a pleasure to work with. The broker and project manager extended themselves to the point of being extremely  helpful. The house is  perfect for us. The quality and workmanship of all aspects of the house are great--more than we could have expected. We are very  pleased. We most highly, and without reservation, recommend Renaissance Homes.

> Our decision to buy a new home from Renaissance Homes was driven by a desire to minimize maintenance and repairs. However, just two years into living in our home, multiple appliances have failed, parts of the furnace needed replacing (multiple times), the generator constantly malfunctions due to incorrect installation, the tankless hot water heater has had issues AND was installed incorrectly (to the point we’ve had to have it re-plumbed for simple maintenance), the rain gutters are too small for the home, faucets have broken, and rain water drainage issues have caused damage to our neighbor's property. This list goes on…
