> Ordered 7 blinds on 8/7/21 - never received one email from this company to confirm the order but the charge showed up in my bank on 8/7/21.  Called them on 9/3/21 asking where my order was and their system is "sensitive" according to Ariana and often banks don't recognize them as a valid business and turn down their charges.  Apparently that is what happened to my order.  They "don't follow up on payment issues" according to Ariana.  I had plenty of money in the bank so it was not a problem on my end.  So I've been waiting on my blinds for a month now and never knew they were not making them.  Terrible business - stay away - far far away from PaylessDecor.com .

> Very pleased with my purchase from this company!  As you can see in the photo that I've uploaded, the custom bamboo blinds that I ordered are absolutely beautiful but actually had defective cords (hence the lopsided look).  Customer service at Payless Decor, however, responded promptly and immediately offered a replacement.  They were beyond fantastic to work with, and I've since ordered six more bamboo blinds from them.  Definitely plan on making more purchases from them in the future, too.

> I was being cheap and ordered inexpensive blinds from Payless Decor.  Well I got exactly what I paid for....junk.  All three blinds fell apart with very little use.  After two years I replaced them with Levelor and have been very happy with them.

Without knowing exactly the type of blind, our blinds are typically a similar quality or in some cases better with other known brands - in fact in some cases, the components or manufacturers we use are exactly the same.

> We ordered custom blinds from paylessdecor.com for our restaurant to help keep the sun out and cool temperatures, esp in the late afternoon.  Their customer service dept was very helpful as we weren't sure which product made the most sense for us.  There were many great colors to choose from and they happily provided samples.  We are very happy with the product.  We love the color, quality and the ease with which we were able to install them.  And...the value is outstanding.  The cost was literally less than half of what we were quoted by a professional installer!  It took my husband (who is handy but not a professional contractor) about one hour to install.  Well worth the time to save hundreds of dollars.
