> First off let me start with the positives.  I was looking for a wall decal and found one that looked great.  I emailed the company and was met with great service and quick responses "prior to ordering."

> The problem with my order began after I placed the order.  The website is very vague with shipping details other then advising that order processing time is 1-3 business days; furthermore, you really have to read the entire site to determine that orders are filled from locations all over the world so transit times could be longer.  I accepted this and placed my order on Dec 7th.  I am very patient however expected my order to be processed as promised in 1-3 business days.  After a weeks of no communication from the company I emailed to inquire about my order.  I was advised that "Yes, we completed your order on 8th of December and we gave it to our team that take care of packaging and shipping. I will contact them for information about delivery and I will write back to you"   I again waited to hear from Artollo, however I did not so on Dec 27th I contacted them again and was told they were still waiting for tracking information and would "contact me" once they received the tracking information.  I am a patient person and tried to give this company a chance to do right by their customers; however, I decided on Jan 7th, 30 days after order was placed with no word if items were even shipped, to request that my order be cancelled.  I guess my request to cancel order compelled them to actually check on my order as they miraculously found that my item was shipped and was able to provide me a tracking number.

> After finding a site that could track an international package and using the tracking number I finally received I could see why they were reluctant to provide it to me before.  My order didn't ship until december 27th not quite 1-3 days processing time.  I again emailed Artollo and requested a refund due to the delay in my order and was told that I could pay to return the package to (Bulgaria) whenever it arrived and receive a refund minus shipping.   Considering that it was now over a month and still no package (even though my xmas gifts  I sent to Asia all made it in 2 1/2 weeks) I could see that this wasn't going anywhere so disputed the charge with my credit card company.  Per the recommendation of my credit card company when the order finally did arrive some time later I refused the package and it was sent back to the company.

> I LOVE Artollo pictures! I have honestly lost track of how many I've bought, but its definitely in the 20's. They are adorable, and the perfect gift for baby showers, or little kid birthdays, so on and so forth. The skylines are also very cool, and I often get them as going away presents for friends and family that comes to visit. I also decorated my nursery with their work and I can honestly say that they are my favorite part of my child's room.
