> I had a wonderful experience working with the staff. I wanted reclaimed square dark cobblestones for an area of our approach to our new house. The project manager was very attentive to my questions, helped arrange a visit to their showroom, and worked real hard to find us cobbles that fit our budget. I was thrilled. They worked hard, also, to find a delivery service within our budget. Being hundreds of miles from New York, we did not hire them to install.
> Sheila, the receptionist was always very professional and friendly.

> I had a great interaction with Experienced Brick & Stone. As a private home owner, I was looking for quality reusable materials and the stones I found here were perfect for my front patio/herringbone pattern project. Company employees were knowledgable and helpful on the phone. The product I received was what was anticipated from descriptions on the website and in conversation.
>
> I left off a star for the challenges I had with delivery. From EB&S side, the shipment arrived when agreed, but the shipping company had difficulty with actual delivery to my home. Heavy palates (3000lb) requiring hand palate jack off-loading was a challenge with a narrow lift-gate. As such, I recommend any person ordering for home projects to ensure a shipping/delivery plan that includes a forklift for off-loading of materials.
>
> Despite this challenge, I am pleased with all other aspects of my interaction with EB&S and will definitely order materials from them in the future

> Just loved the experience we had with Scott and B&S. He has a true interest in making sure these historical relics are used purposefully and supported us through the process. Support staff was great.

> Approximately 3 years ago we were in the market to acquire reclaimed cobblestone. After checking with several places we came across Experienced Brick and Stone, and after speaking with Scott Smith we looked no further because of his helpfulness and professionalism. His prices and products were above expectations, even if a problem occurs you are always updated regularly by him personally. He also makes suggestions for use, sends pictures, lets us know of other things available. We have used Experienced Brick and Stone for multiple projects.

> We own a 150 year old historic farmhouse and I wanted a product that would look at if it had been there 100 years. We did a walkway project in which we used Scott's Jamestown brick along with a cobblestone boarder. His service and professionalism were top notch. I would highly recommend his product.

**★★★★★ — buffjimm, Jan. 2016**

> I purchased several pallets of reclaimed stone to use as a border in my garden and was very happy with the product Dealing with the company was easy and Scott was always professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

**★★★★★ — User, Dec. 2015**

> I ordered reclaimed sand stone curbing to use as steps for an 18th century home in NJ. The people at Experienced Brick were very helpful, sending pictures of the stones prior to purchase and shipping in a very timely manner. I also thought the price was very reasonable for both the material and the shipping. I would definitely purchase from them again.

**★ — marco9921, Nov. 2015**

> Purchased a truckload of Jamestown brick. Out of 16 pallets 7 of them are bad condition. 3 of the 7 are completely unusable and can't believe they were sold to me. Delivered 7 hours away. Scott was so kind to offer to sell me more brick to finish the project instead of making good on all the bad brick! Not the way to do business.

**Comment from Experienced Brick & Stone:**

> We apologize for the bricks you feel are in poor condition. It is very subjective to determine what an “acceptable” brick is. We have stacked them so they are all in usable shape. Many customers complain that they are not beat up enough to make their project look like it was built from reclaimed bricks. Others want every brick to be like new. When we are stacking a pallet we shoot for somewhere in the middle. Then we understate the amount of SqFt on a pallet so there is always extra. If you have a suggestion on how we can better handle this dilemma we are all ears.

**★★★★★ — thepitbull, Aug. 2014**

> I bought pavers for a patio job....Scott sold me the brick. He was very informative and helpful explaining the product and answering my questions during the job.

**★★★★★ — David Burnet, Aug. 2013**

> Experienced Bricks provided the pavers for our front walk. They originally were street cobbles from Olean NY. It is really nice to have such history in our front yard. I think that this is a great business and finds homes for material that would otherwise be discarded and land-filled.

**★★★★★ — nellie5, July 2013**

> I purchased products from Experienced Bricks on 2 occasions and had good experiences both times. The first order was for Youngstown Tan bricks and they made a beautiful organic, warm walkway.
> The second project was Medina Sandstone for driveway edging. The material has such a good solid feel and historic look and was well stacked and packaged. It made a wonderful edging and added dimension and warmth to the driveway.
> Both deliveries went perfectly and were on time. I was also contacted to make sure everything was delivered as ordered and I was satisfied with the product.
> I would highly recommend the products and service from Experienced Bricks.

**★★★★★ — heidi1157, July 2013**

> I am very picky and drove the sales guy nuts but it was all worth it my walkway is awesome, charming & timeless.
