I should state that our build-out was a large retail space that had several prior tenants that each had left their mark on the premises. All of the existing flooring, walls, fixtures, etc had to be removed or refinished due to a careless move out from the last tenant. > > Damian and Hal were great to deal with from day one, and were the partners we were looking for to bring our new facilities from an idea to reality. It is sometimes hard to convey what you want through discussions or a rough sketch, but Damian was able to listen to what we said and what we described, and provide us not only what we wanted, but also recommendations for why certain requests of ours were not necessary, while offering recommendations that in the end were exactly what we needed. Both Hal and Damian were very knowledgeable about the best course of action to take, and what would be necessary to see things through. We had no idea about commercial construction so it was important that we partnered with a company that knew what they were doing, could explain things so we could understand them, and basically hold our hand the whole way through. Between cabling, electrical, flooring, painters, etc…you name it, they made it easy for us. > > Our project was completed on time, and on budget. It's actually the shower in our office, but I have no idea the name of the tile and all the boxes are gone. There should be a number of similar ones available at a local tile store and it's a dark brown/grey with almost a faint blue striation. **Q: Who makes those pendant lights and where can they be found?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I'm sorry, Cindy, but it's been long enough I don't recall except that they came from United Lighting in Pensacola, Florida. I can tell you that it's likely one of these colors and that the photograph is much less blue than reality. All sherwin williams - SW 6218 Tradewind, SW6519 Hinting Blue, SW6533 Mild Blue, or SW6247 Krypton **Q: Love the counter top on the island! What is it?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: It's actually pretty rare and I've heard it called a few different names, but this version was called louisa blue.
