## About

### Houzz Badges

- 1,000 Ideabook Saves

Linda Magness, owner of Lakota Cove, has realized her dream, a home furnishings store specializing in rustic elegance. Sitting on 26 acres, Lakota Cove, which translates to "friendly village", boasts four horses, eight dogs, and Francisco, the donkey. Coffee and fresh cookies are waiting in the full-service kitchen for all to enjoy while brow...sing the beautiful 12,000 sq. ft. showroom.

Offering services such as interior design, remodeling, window treatments, and a most unique lighting selection, Lakota Cove is a full service design center and design gallery. While the "Lakota Cove" look has become a North Georgia signature, clients who are designing their dream home can customize existing pieces and commission custom pieces. Having put her mark on thousands of homes across the Country over the years, Linda stresses that the most important part of helping a client design their dream home is getting to know exactly what their true one dramatic piece would be.

Out of State clients simply send their architectural plans and the Lakota Cove team puts furniture, lighting or entire design plans together.

Handcrafted furniture is featured using willow, hickory, sassafras, heart pine, black walnut, rustic cherry, pine, oak, alder, adirondack, handforged iron, as well as leather, cowhide, and exquisite pottery. These ensure that any mountain home, whether traditional or not can be designed to suit your style and taste. And whether you're furnishing a whole home, a terrace level, or two rooms, we have wonderful design ideas that accent all rooms in your home. With second homes being the place where you want to retreat from the world, it is imperative to find a furniture store that is as passionate about your home as you are. We ship all over the Country.

> Love Lakota Cove! A very nice woman, Michele Thomas, from all places, another furniture company in Jasper, recommended Lakota Cove as having the best quality furniture and customer service around and she was right! We're loving our living room and dining room set and our friends all complement the beauty of the pieces. So glad for the referral.

> Lakota Cove was wonderful to work with, especially Linda Magness. (owner) She is very professional, knowledgable and really listened to what I wanted. Linda provided several options to choose from with pictures, descriptions and prices, while staying within my budget. Linda designed a grouping for my great room complete with chandelier, lighting, rug, sofas, chairs, ottoman artwork and accessories. We are so pleased with the completed room. I highly recommend Linda and Lakota Cove.
