So when our son, Blake , got wind that we were considering a downsizing move from a rural wooded environment to a more urban environment , He and Tanner, asked some critical questions about the location of our project which lead us to a contrarian decision to not settle for the standard 55+ inventory in the sub-urban outskirts of Bismarck but to purchase a 40 year old condo within walking distance of our state capital, a cool residential neighborhood, and a rejuvenating downtown and turn it into a contemporary minimalist loft. Because we were moving from 2600 sq. ft. to 1400 sq. ft., critical thinking and design were required to maximize the use, comfort, and joy of each cubic foot of space. The reason I hired these guys was to ask the questions I didn't know how to ask.
