> Mark Pasko, owner of Pasko Homes, is a contractor who my family and I have used on multiple occasions over the past 6 years.  The work ranges from a new roof, a major remodel of a second home, a new movie theater room, a homework room for my kids and a wet bar.  Mark is very easy to work with, from getting ideas, an even temperament and someone who pays attention to detail.  The team that Mark has to work with is also excellent.  From working with the foreman, to the painting team... all of the subs are both very professional and very friendly.  As someone who works in the banking industry and deals with customers, I have a great appreciation for Mark's communication skills.  Mark is not hesitant to pick up the phone and let you know if there is a better idea, a better way or sometimes even a better way that is cheaper.  Mark truly wants what is best for his customer.  I think three of the best compliments that I could pay Mark and Pasko Homes, is that I  have used Pasko Homes multiple times, have referred Pasko Homes many times and I would use Pasko Homes for the next family project.

> We completed a significant remodel and addition to our home.  The project was quite extensive, and we chose to remain in our home for the majority of the remodel.  Pasko did a very nice job ensuring the work provided as little disruption to our family as possible throughout the process.  While there were certainly a few hiccups along the way (as there will always be in a remodel of this size), the Pasko team, particularly Patrick, was always available and always had a solution.  There was very little down time throughout the project, and they finished very close to the original budget on both cost and time.  We were very pleased with the finished product and often remark to ourselves how we can't even imagine our home prior to the remodel.

A: The cabinet color is Farrow & Ball's Mouses Back.

A: The counter is a granite called Juparana White.

A: The cabinets are from Ikea. The door style is Ringhult, and the color is high gloss gray.  The backsplash is called Iceland and comes from Florida Tile's Pietra Art Bliss collection.

**Q: Ceiling** *(in Photo Questions)*

This ceiling is very interesting....not quite a full coffered, but the look.  Can you tell me how this was done.  We have just started building our retirement home and I thought this would look nice in our dining area.

A: This was created using 1x4 mdf trim.  We were looking to do something a little different from your normal coffered ceiling, and is not as imposing as a regular box beam coffered ceiling.
