> We hired Brindisi Builders to replace our roof and a few windows and repair some plaster from leaks.  ( A three and a half story house with dormers and flat roofs as well. ) They did so many impressive things I think it is best just to list them:
> 1\. The estimator came on the day and at the time we were told.
> 2\. They stared work before the date given as the latest start.
> 3 They finished in just about the estimated time ,maybe a day or so early.
> 4\. They asked if we were totally satisfied with all the work they did. They would not ask for,  or accept final payment until something was fixed that the dumpster people wrecked. ( Mike,  came back to make sure we were happy with the results and then accepted payment in full for Brindisi)
> 5\. They day it was suppose to rain I actually got a call from the Forman Mike, telling me they would not be there because of the rain. I was so impressed.
> 6\. They came back to look at a leak that had nothing to do with the roof and fixed that for us as a courtesy!
> 7\. My husband and I cannot sing their praises enough and we must really include Mike the man who ran the job and worked it!!!
> 8\. We will always seek them out for further work (estimates)  and hopefully we will be able to use them again!!

> I had the fortune to be referred to Brindisi Builder by a friend. I needed new siding, a roof and some work inside. I contacted Brindisi Builders and the service rep came to my home, took down the info and within 5 days I had my estimate. I always get three estimates and usually take the middle one. This time, I did the same thing and my system works. I had Hardy Plank installed for siding and dimensional roof. They worked clean, on time, courteous and excellent work. The men take pride in there work, you can tell. I would use them again.

> We used the Brindisi brothers for a major renovation and small addition on our home in 2008 through 2009.  All but two rooms in our home were renovated including our kitchen and both bathrooms.  We lived in our home during the construction project and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this firm.  They were professional, efficient, their crew was courteous, concerned about safety and never failed to help with great suggestions, or to correct anything that we asked. At the end of our project there was no punch list as anything that needed fixing was done on a daily basis.  They started the project the end of October, and I was able to cook a Thanksgiving turkey in my newly renovated kitchen.  Love this firm.  They made my dreams come true and then some.

A: that is not painted . It is fiber cement prefinished siding.
The trim is white

A: the tile is a subway tile and the countertop is Cambria

**Q: Cooktop VS. Range Top** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Our builder offers cooktop as standard feature and will not do Range top.
How difficult would it be to change to a Range top after closing?  actually, just read that double oven ( built in),  dishwasher built in and microwave built in would also need to be changed.
builder offers GE appliances.  We want an upgrade in brand

A: Anything can be done... How practical it is ... Well that's the question .... A range top would require the cabinet and counters to be remade... Also there may be a challenge if the cooktop bad is not as wide as what will be required for the range top.... Next issue .... Combustible surface clearances ..... You will probable at the very least have to have 30" of clearance over head to a ventilated combustible... If using a stainless steel hood ..... Again as long as it is wide enough the there should be no combustible issue..... Guess my point is there are a number of things to consider when taking this path
