Over the past 25 years, Neilson Construction has replaced windows in our entire house, remodeled an upstairs bathroom, refaced our fireplace, added a window seat under our curved picture window, updated our cabana/pool house, built a patio cover, added a master bathroom/bedroom that now connects with our once stand-alone garage, and gutted and redesigned our outdated kitchen including a large pantry, which we never had. > > I don't even get bids from any other company. I won't hire anyone else, so why waste my time. I know this company will start when they say and finish close to the promised date, unless I add something, which they're happy to do. They also clean up daily. In my younger days I hired other contractors, who left debris and never finished near the quoted date. I'm comfortable leaving the Neilson crew in my house when I'm gone and give them a key for the duration of the project. > > I'm running out of house for them to work on. But there is an old, termite infested gazebo, that just might need replaced.
