Terrible surface that owner had tried to patch. OGI ground the concrete surface to get to solid material. That smoothed and leveled the surface. Looked like new concrete. Then they sealed the floor (not porous like others that allow salt to drain through) with acrylic and covered it in paint chips with a clear coat over the top. A month later it still looks brand new. Neighbors were amazed at quality. Professional workmanship all the way. Day and a half and we had a brand new garage floor that is the envy of the neighborhood. We looked at more expensive alternatives and are very happy we selected OGI. While they do a lot of their work on the East side, their final product was a masterpiece. If you have pitted concrete, these guys will make it look brand new. No maintenance, No re-sealing. Wash with water and squeegee dry.
