We trusted them enough with a very complicated tile job (oblong, artisanal Bachelard reproduction tile handmade by Pasadena Craftsman Tile) and they so carefully considered how level the countertops were, the pattern in which they were to be laid out, and where exactly would the center be (this was a large feat, given that one cabinets were uneven widths). So much of this work is about precision and planning, not about slapping tile on walls. They are so wonderfully caring, precise, and thoughtful with how they lay out the tile. Brian even repaired my shoddy DIY electric outlet switch out job!
