We had our floor installed 2 years ago this August and our floor is lifting In multiple places. We went down to the company and we were told by Rosa that there is nothing they can do and better than that they don’t even carry the flooring we chose anymore. We were told that that she would send her installers by to look at it and see what it would cost to try to fix it and we have not heard another thing from them.
