We found Lynch construction Group and personally met with Mr. Lynch to get an estimate for a new construction home. He was very nice but was on the high end for pricing. After meeting with several other builders, we saw that his allowances were very generous and from the estimate it would be a nice, quality built home. As compared to other builders, they gave very little allowances and was skimping on things to increase their profit margin. Also, Mr.Lynch was very organized and well prepared with his presentation of the estimate verses the other builders that we spoke with. If I were in a better position and had not recently lost my house due to the flood, this is the type of builder I would hire. While Robert is very charming, he is nothing more than a salesman. This project went wrong from the under bidding to get the job to the end when he didn't want to pay the sub contractors. It would take pages and pages to list everything that went wrong but I don't want to give it any more thought than I already have. I am only writing this review in case there is anyone thinking of hiring him to make repairs after the flood. This project cased me great grief and heart ache as my husband and I are in our retirement years and needed this remodel for a retirement home. **Comment from Lynch Construction Group:** > At Lynch Construction Group we work very hard to provide each customer with a detailed description regarding what can be accomplished within their budget. We understand that many times a client will decide to increase their budget during the project once they get to selections. Any cost overages on Ms. Morell's project were due to selections outside the budgeted allowances. Due to particular circumstances for this client, she provided us with a budget to work within and we had to value engineer and reduce the scope of work per Ms. Morell's approval. We were trying to assist Ms. Morell in rebuilding in the best way possible within her expressed budget. We believe that the remodel was completed in a timely and high quality manner within the budget provided unless selections were made outside of the allowances. In those cases, Ms. Morell was provided with the cost differences.
