> My husband and I hired Dale and Joe to help with a renovation of the main floor in our 1930's brick colonial.  We wanted to reconfigure the layout of the kitchen by opening up walls and adding a bathroom, mudroom and laundry room.  Dale and Joe spent countless hours with us, drawing out layouts and designs until we were 100% satisfied. They provided us with multiple options and price points on all decisions, from cabinets and countertops, to fixtures, backsplash tile and stain colors.  Undergoing such a major project was overwhelming at times but Dale and Joe were there to guide us through every decision, big or small. Their attention to detail was immpecable and as a result we now have a stunning space that is also perfectly functional.

A: All the trim was semi-gloss.

**Q: Do you know what stain was used on the floor?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We used a very simple walnut colored stain from Minwax with a matte finish.  The floors are oak.

A: The tile is 2" x 12"
