From the first meeting there was something different about the Grosenbacher's that made us feel like they were people with integrity, honesty, and had great Christian values.  This was our first (and only) custom home, so we had a huge learning curve and a ton of questions. In the initial visits it was clear that we were going to get our questions answered, and they were willing to teach us all the ins and outs of building a quality custom home. > Had them build a custom home in 2013, was very pleased with the quality of the build, but as importantly the quality of the builder. Garet was knowledgable and a very good communicator. He made a great effort to keep us in the loop and was determined to build the house the way we wanted. He was more determined to stay in budget than we were and came in about 3% over mostly due to requested upgrades  by us . Had him come back last year  and add another building.
