This floor dates to 1870 and is our reclaimed antique tile P024 with reclaimed antique border tile B215 doubled to make the full border repeat. We currently have 190 square feet remaining. It is a highly fired unglazed encaustic tile that is both non-porous and frost-proof, not to be confused with the lesser quality cement tiles. This tile can be used in the shower as well as outside and in a pool. It was reclaimed by us from a French chateau and will come with a Certificate of Authenticity. If you would like more information on this reclaimed tile or any other reclaimed tile we have please contact us at 305.672.6008 and we can provide you with a quote and assist you with layouts for your space. As you can see this pattern was perfectly set into the space so that it looks like a tile carpet, just as it was originally set in the 19th Century.
