We have had a regretful experience where their "no surprises " quote has generated monthly cost increases. Most of this is due to the below builder level allowances for tract home fixtures, HvAC, cabinetry, trim, exterior and interior detail and many more features which should be standard on a home of the promised quality but is far from this in reality. They are very clever and one must be very vigilant as rhey look for opportunities to quote large increases even for a small request. Read the contract and don't assume that they care at all about you the customer. **★ — Najem Quefatieh, July 2019** > The house was good but in the beginning we moved in the lights and the refrigerator and freezer was not working. Also the flooring in the bedroom was leaking from the wall pipe. And now we are replacing the floor but they discontinued the floor so we can’t find a floor that matches.
