> TerraRevo was the first contractor that we contacted when we first decided to rebuild our house that we have lived in since 2000, having just searched online.  Our property, originally built in the 1950’s was 1300 sq ft on a 9000 sf lot, and we decided to that our best option was to build ground up a new 3138 sqft 2 story house, new 950 sqft garage, and landscape the front yard and back yard.
> Jon and Hector walked us through the whole process, from understanding the design, construction process, to permits, the cost process and whole schedule.  They, of course, know the ins and outs of the construction business, and how to deal with the city and public services which is no mean feat!
> We were allowed to be involved in the process as must as we wanted to be, and probably to Jon and Hector’s annoyance we were very active in the design and understanding the details of the construction.  But Jon and Hector were very patient with us, explaining any changes that had to made and accommodated our every request as best they could.
> Tear down of the house started on March of 2019.  We moved in the house in April of 2020, right at the start of the covid pandemic.  There were delays that were outside of their control, especially when you are dealing with the city, permits or public services.
> They had extremely good sub-contractors for each of the sub-projects, and was pleased with the all the results.
> Some construction continued after we moved in, only because we moved in during lock-down, and things were are unknown but we at least wanted to try and settle into our new home, which as it turned out meant we were locked in the new house during the pandemic.
> I think we had the opportunity (time and money) to do this sort of project again,  for sure Jon and Hector would the one’s I would call to help.

**Q: Tile edges and corners** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello, can you share how you finished the edges of the white wavy tile.  Did you use a schluter where it meets the wall, or how did you finish it?  And the edges of the cubby, did you use a schluter there?  Thank you

A: You can find a similar wall tile at The Tile Bar.com and it's the 3x12 Lancaster Bianco and you can use a pencil rail for the edges if you didn't want to use schluter :)

**Q: Mirror** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me where the mirror is from?  Beautiful bathroom!

A: They have a very similar mirror at Pottery Barn called "Round Wooden Wall Mirror" $179 and with perfect diameter of 30" for above a single sink vanity :)
