We had a custom home built and they were with us every step of the way. If we asked for suggestions, they gave great ones. If we asked to change or modify something, their answer was "no problem". The gave us a timeline from the date the basement was dug and worked hard to meet our deadline. Working with a "cost plus" builder makes everything transparent, you know what you are getting and what you will pay for it, with no surprises. The quality of construction exceeded our expectations and in our weekly (sometimes more) visits to the house got to know the sub-contractors, and found them to be incredibly skilled and focused on our needs as well. Not only were they professional but personable too. We are extremely pleased with our new home and throughout the process have grown to know Jeff Purdue and Dustin Mallory as friends.
