He was so professional and creative, but even better, he made the process amazingly fun! Because we were not sure what we would find inside the walls or under the floors of this sweet old house, everyday was an adventure for me with Mark and his high qualified subcontractors. 5 layers of wallpaper, 4 layers of linoleum, oaks floors on top of fir floors, truly vintage kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures and electrical surprises were never a stress, more like an exciting challenge. I would email him a list of questions or ideas, and the same day Mark would answer me and arrive at the site to meet me with suggestions and answers to update but honor the historical value of my home.
