> we ran into a small glitch with the installer having some vehicle issues and not being able to come but the company worked hard to find us a replacement installer. Alex who helped us in the warehouse pulled strings and got us the install and Andy the GM called and made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. Things happen in business that are out of our control but this company handled it with professionalism and I would recommend them to others looking for flooring.
