Nelson with 20 + years of experience in construction, from building new homes, to additions, remodels, renovations, structural, framing, painting and finish work to fine carpentry, guarantees that every aspect of the work will be at 100% to code and that all subcontractor work will be completed at its finest. 

Alejandro, the son, is who handles all communication, customer interaction, and administration work. We are not a 9 to 5 company as we are dedicated to you and your project from start to finish. Not only have we been successful in maintaining 99.9% of our customers happy for the past 5 years, but we have been non stop working on referrals since August 2013. We pride in saying that we are a word of mouth company, maintaining our reputation, outstanding quality work and customer satisfaction. 

We have been established since 2013 serving all of Northern Virginia.

> If I could give negative stars I would.  Our plumbing is absolutely terrible.  Our siding of our house had to be repaired within a year.  Our deck had to be repaired within a year.  Our front porch had to be repaired within a year. Half of our sinks don’t work or leak.  We have had to have a electrician come in to fix things multiple times.  HVAC had issues with that as well.  Almost nothing was done right when they built our house.  Do not use them.

Alejandro explains the necessary work ahead of time and goes over the plan so everything is clear:  the materials, the time involved, what they suggest to address any problems.  Many times, they have fixed work done incorrectly by another company.
