Some might suggest that it's unadvisable to hire a friend for a remodeling job, but when it came time for our home addition/remodel we wouldn't have considered hiring anyone but the Terraneras.  There are many reasons that hiring the Terraneras was an easy decision, but I'll share two.

> I came into contact with Terranera Family Builders when I was relocating to Johnson City in 2007. They were in the process of building a spec house that caught our interest. After seeing the house and meeting with Sergio and Joe, we agreed to purchase the house, which was at the time about 80% completed. We had several changes we wanted made, and we were pleasantly surprised by their can-do attitude and creativity to incorporate our requirements into the finished house, even where it meant rework from the original design. Their quality of work, attention to detail, and reliability is outstanding. Any and all issues that came up during or after completion were promptly and satisfactorily resolved.
