> I had a 24 ft Fenetex screen installed in my house last June. My wife and I absolutely love this screen. It operates flawlessly and does an amazing job of keeping out rain, dirt, critters and of course blazing sun. It has turned our covered patio almost into an indoor room with the additional comfort it affords. Also, it still amazes me how they were able to incorporate spring tensioners into their tracks so that 24 feet of screen are held extremely taught so it appears virtually invisible. When researching these products we could find no other competing product that had this feature. Finally, John Torrence, one of the owners, was a delight to work with.

> I installed 10 fenetex dual (hurricane and insect) shutters.  Great design and perfect for my needs except after 6 years the hurricane shutters started to rip.  I called the company to see if there was any kind of warrantee or support to correct the issue.  The company said that because I leave the hurricane shutters down all winter (I am in Maine) the exposure to wind causes the ripping.  I replied that these are hurricane shutters!! The company maintained that their hurricane shutters were susceptible  to wind damage and didn’t offer any remedy other than selling me a retrofit bracket which is not going to help the damage.
