Rod, Dave and team vaulted the ceiling and then raised a beam in the basement to elevate the height of the basement ceiling as well. Our designer (Uniik Design) was innovative and planned for many modern features that most homes don’t have (eg. LED strip lighting in the ceiling, a 40 ft 3D feature wall with 2 hidden doors, custom-made large ring (4 – 6 ft diameter) pendant uplights and more). A: Kirk Woodworking is a company out of Calgary Alberta, Canada. Most door suppliers can provide this type of door. You'll require a glass company to provide the mirrors and a painter to spray the doors before installing the mirrors. **Q: What are the dimensions of the Island?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: It's roughly 4.5' x 16'. **Q: Lighting** *(in Photo Questions)* I reached out to them and they were unable to help...do you have any other suggestions - can you check the client file for information. It's just what I have pictured in my head for our reno. thanks. A: I don't have any info on the manufacturer for the tiles. The depth of the cabinets was based on the fireplace depth. The client wanted the fireplace to extend beyond the cabinets. It was around 20" deep in this case. **Q: Question about paint color.** *(in Photo Questions)* could you tell me what paint color you used in this project?
