Is it possible to add a hand held to this?

A: Unfortunately a handheld shower would not work with this faucet. You could purchase a handheld shower and install it separately.

Can soap be put in from the top or does it have to be done from under the sink?

A: Soap can be loaded from the top of the dispenser.

The hole in my older model sink is 1-1/4 inches wide, will this model faucet fit it?

A: This faucet needs a 1.5 inch hole for installation, unfortunately, this faucet will not fit.

I just had this faucet installed and it works fine when facing center or the right, but when I turn it left for hot water it goes down to a trickle. I did not have that issue when I removed my old faucet. Could this be a defect in the particular faucet I was sent?
