Thanks to Carmichaels preceding Designer Generations paired with her  educational background in Design, Finance and Engineering, Saidee Carmichaels Designs has long lasting bonds with industry vendors sourcing from the worlds most iconic design resources.  Carmichaels Designs are always on the lookout for unique finds during travels abroad to England, Spain and Japan or even locally at textile markets and estate sales. Always networking in country at the Designer Markets year round in High Point NC, NeoCon in Chicago, NKBA/KBIS in Vegas and Dallas Market Center discovering new upcoming vendors or hidden gems for that one client it will be perfect for.  We have access to next seasons products before they even hit the mainstream. Your home won't follow trends, it will set them when you work with us.

> We live in Orlando and bought a new/classic home on Indian River in Brevard county.  We needed a local designer that could embrace the old characteristics of the home but add a balance of new.  My daughter, who went to college with Saidee, refered her to us. Saidee transformed our new home into a Fresh Waterside
> Classic.  Her clean linen paint selections and soft forms of furniture was perfect.  My favorite part of the transformation was selecting our fabric swatches with Saidee and keeping the rod iron on the interior doors that Saidee was so passionate about incorporating into her overall design. I honestly never would have thought to keep them and they are now my favorite accents in the home. My daughter, family and friends were amazed by the transformation. She truly is the perfect designer for us.  A Job Well Done!

> Amazing Designer. I met Saidee at a charity event a few months ago and we got to talking about the upcoming holidays and how my formal living area needed a facelift before my family and friends arrive. Saidee was amazing, she came into my space and within minutes discussed the transformation of changing my old heavy burgundy chairs to a fresh white. With simple reupholstered suggestions, a new layout, a few new items, within a month she transformed my formal living area to this fresh new space. I am shocked at her efficiency, professionalism and kindness through the transformation on such a short timeline. Saidee is now my designer for my other rooms. Well done!
