> They won't tell you until after everything is installed that there will be chips from cutting the boards and they use a wax touch up stick to cover-up all the chips. There are some spots that were touched up from damage not from cutting. The shelves are not fully adjustable because the shelves towards the top of the closet will be a different width than the bottom (because your walls aren't straight enough, or the top shelf and bottom shelf that make the frame werent cut precisely enough).
> Some of the closets were taken down and put back up because they were hung at different heights from the floor. One of the closets was changed after the design consult appointment without letting us know. At the time of purchase we were told we would be getting 12 month financing but later the owner said everything needed to be paid upon install.
