Every item on the list was completed beyond my expectation. The list included cracked concrete steps outside, broken locks, stained hardwood floors, cracked bathroom tiles, repair cracks in basement walls, chimney repair, installation of new appliances. Martin even arranged for electrician to do electrical work. I was beyond happy with how everything turned out, especially that my rental sold for more than I expected and very quickly.
