Not keeping this rug but curious on size/placement A: I think a small rug, and add some pillows to your sofa. **Q: Need help selecting backsplash** *(in Design Dilemma)* Any suggestions as what type of tile would work well as a back splash with this labradorite aphrodite slab. Considering for something like glass or ceramic subway tile that is easy to clean and LOW maintenance. Small kitchen with tan colored tile and white cabinets. If I went with a subway tile are there any accent tile that you think might work. Appreciate any ideas in advance. A: I would do black tile to pull out the last black and have black kitchen appliances. **Q: Round or rectangular?** *(in Design Dilemma)* I have a small entry way. Is a round 36"table or a rectangular table that is 36" by 48" best for a small space? I currently have a round 45" table that gets in the way as it is. A: Move the cabinet, and get a rectangular table. **Q: Fireplace remodel** *(in Design Dilemma)* We have decided to cover the wall with faux stone and will also have a built-in niche for the TV, which will be lowered. And yes, the TV will continue to live above the fireplace. We have the following options: \- remove all the white trim \- remove the mantel and leave all the white trim \- remove the mantel and just the white trim on either side \- remove or leave granite around fireplace insert \- remove or leave granite slab on floor \- any combination of the above \- other? I've searched for pictures until I couldn't see anymore so am asking for your expert design ideas. Help please. A: I would agree get rid of the trim and the mantel.
