> Dean is excellent to work with. Extremely knowlegable. My home was a luxury custom home with some complicated ideas, and it was easy for Dean to do. Dean would be my first choice and I would like to work with him again.

**★★★★★ — Ryan Onyschuk, May 2019**

> We receive (almost an annoying amount) of compliments on the exterior design of our house. People even ring the door bell to let us know. With Deans 3D program he uses to calculate the shade you are going to get through different seasons of the year, we ended up with the perfect amount of shade on our patio's and house in the summer, and sun in the fall and winter. I am amazed how well it worked out. Deans ideas and thought process really is next level design work.

  - Description: This stunning west coast style home was a design project for a client that wanted space to entertain and relax. Nestled within the riparian area around the creek and lot setbacks, the home features architectural concrete columns, flat sloped roofs, and a splash pool in the alfresco courtyard. We worked closely with the builder to ensure that every detail was considered and carefully executed.
