> Last year Chris installed an HVAC system on a rental I own and completed the work in 2 days.
> This July I met with him and gave him a down payment of $4200 to install a gas furnace and AC unit on another rental property. He removed the old furnace in hte cral space then disappeared with my money. For 2 months I have tried to call, text and he promises to install but never appears. i was told that he has lost his license but have no idea where he is now.
