> Wonderful experience from start to finish. We hired Tomas and his team to remodel our kitchen, master bathroom and tackle a bunch of jobs around the house that needed to be completed. Tomas was fantastic to work with, he pays attention to detail and is very patient with questions. The team did a terrific job meeting our needs and we could not be happier with how our house looks right now.

> Working with Tom Botero was a great experience and continues to be. I have not only made new contacts with those of the same field but have also made various other contacts suitable for my own clients needs. He is a great peer and asset.

**★★★★★ — Stephen Pratt, Aug. 2019**

> The level of customer service provided by the Botero Building Design / Construction Group exceeds expectation in this competitive industry. As a local realtor, I have recommended this team to a number of clients who have needed renovations on their newly purchased homes or requested estimates for future work. Because of a strong working knowledge of zoning rules, regulations and permitting in the various townships, they can quickly and efficiently move a project through the system. As architects, the quality of design and attention to detail have rendered beautiful results and, consequently, high customer satisfaction. As builders, they can value engineer the scope of the project to hold to the clients’ various constraints, especially time and budget. And only by closely monitoring the work of the various trades involved will they sign-off before turning over the finished product to the owner. By using the Botero Group, not only do they work for you, they also work with you. Talented. Reliable. Personable. They are a complete package, one that I highly recommend.

**★★★★★ — Timothy Smith, Aug. 2019**

> I decided to finish my basement in Briarcliff Manor in March 2019, and discovered that the village code required that I have drawings completed by a licensed architect. I got a couple of quotes locally and was surprised at the cost, being that the plans would be rather simple. Finally a contractor recommended Tomas of Botero Building Design. I contacted Tomas and scheduled an appt for him to come over and see the basement. Tomas and his father arrived right on time and were very thorough in taking measurements and explaining village codes. They also quoted me a very fair price and told me they would deliver the completed plans within a week, personally. Once I received the plans I submitted them to the village, along with my application, in order to get my permit. The building inspector did not review the plans thoroughly and would not allow me to proceed. I didn't have the technical "know How" to debate the inspector, so I called Tomas. He immediately contacted the village building inspector and had him take out the plans. He reviewed the plans with the inspector over the phone and then the inspector realized he had made a mistake. I was issued a permit and my contractors started work. A couple of times during the construction phase we needed to get some clarification about the plans, and Tomas was easy to get a hold of and gave us the answers we needed. Tomas and his father are experienced, knowledgeable, and provide an exceptional product along with exceptional customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
