> We originally inquired for a contractor could install solid wood bamboo countertops and bamboo panelling in the bathroom but were very pleased with our decision to have Kinben Collective be our general contractor for the kitchen and bathroom (except cabinetry).  Our house is a small post-war home so it came complete with its share of unexpected surprises; but at each turn, Jason and his crew went about their business without a hitch and were always timely in communicating. From the initial meetings which were extremely detailed and complete, Jason was always available to discuss the project and clarify details. When faced with dilemmas, Jason was always about coming up with creative and practical solutions.

> When something was completed incorrectly or other challenges encountered, Jason was very forward with addressing the problem in a fair and timely manner. As with any project, there will always be obstacles, errors, misunderstandings or delays but Jason and his team always worked at finding a solution and addressing the problem in a fair and timely manner. As with anything, sometimes a compromise has to take place in order for the project to be completed from a practical standpoint but I appreciated the most, from Jason and team, their ability to collaboratively work together to come to a solution.
