> This summer (2020) I was looking to replace our old run down fence at our home. JML came out to take a look and discussed our options and gave their honest opinions on what would work for us and our budget (very affordable). Could not be happier with the results!! Once they started, within a matter of a few days we had a new GORGEOUS fence! Highly recommend. Very friendly, knowledgeable. They hauled in all of the materials and disposed of all of the old fence and garbage.

> Early summer before the rain mostly went away (rain go away in Washington?) Our bedroom window was starting to leak around the edges (18ys in our home and we knew it was time for a new window). We contacted JML Construction and asked to have someone come over to take a look and see if a new replacement window would work for us. Very friendly, knowledgeable, they came over and discussed the options and once we had the window come in from being ordered it was only a matter of days and we had a new (leak free!) window.
> I would definitely recommend JML. No mess, they took away the old window, installed the new one, all clean up taken care of. When they left you couldn't even tell there was any work done.
