Hello, I'm Jason Chilver, Remodeling & Design Consultant with Cornerstone Builders of SWFL. Born in Illinois and raised in Tampa, I've called Southwest Florida home since 2001 — and I've spent the last 21 years helping SWFL homeowners transform their spaces into something they truly love.

What sets me apart from most design consultants is simple: I hold my own contractor's license. That means I don't just design beautiful spaces — I understand exactly how they get built. I look at every project through both a designer's eye and a builder's mind, making sure what you see in the design is what you actually get in your home. Over my career, I've guided more than 1,000 remodels, from straightforward cabinet refacing to full-scale renovations and room additions.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted husband and proud father of five amazing kids. Tamara and I have been married 28 years, and we're lucky to have two wonderful daughters-in-law who've joined the family. When I'm not on a job site, you'll find me traveling, playing sports, or just enjoying the simple moments with the people I love most.

> We contracted to have our master bath room completely done from new shower, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, tiling, granite tops and painting. There were just a few minor hiccups which the contractor corrected without any problems. They had a daily schedule set up and followed it very carefully. All of the people who worked on the project were very courteous and friendly and showed up promptly when they were scheduled to do there tasks. Cleaned up after the job every night and covered the affected areas around with drop clothes. My wife and I are very satisfied with the design and workmanship of the company that we selected. We highly recommend this company  if they are considering remodeling.

Then he suggested improvements and possible alternatives based on his expertise in design. Our experience at the showroom was very pleasant and efficient. In two hours, we had selected most of the materials, colors, fixtures, finishes, etc. This selection process often takes people weeks as they have to run around to different suppliers. Jason was never the "pushy salesman", but rather the helpful professional guiding us through a complicated process. He helped us make better use of our space and our money.  The 3-D Design software helped us visualize the expected outcomes and make changes before construction started---avoiding costly mistakes.

Since all the craftsmen are employed by Cornerstone, scheduling went smoothly with little wasted time. All of the workers who came to our home were friendly, polite, hard-working, and competent. We actually enjoyed most of the remodeling experience and would not hesitate recommending Cornerstone or hiring them for another project.

> Cornerstone was tasked with a complete remodel of our master bath.  This included removing a tub, installing a complex shower (rain forest shower head, four body sprays, and an adjustable hand held shower spray) in the location where the tub was.  Plus new flooring, lighting, sinks, fixtures, tile, etc.  They were extremely efficient in all aspects from demolition to the final adjustments to cabinets.  They took extra care in installing plastic sheeting and drop clothes to protect areas adjacent to the demo and construction work.  The Cornerstone office always alerted us the day before as to which work teams to expect and the time of their arrival.   We were very pleased with the overall professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail exhibited by all Cornerstone personnel.  Our thanks especially to Jason Chilver, our design and sales rep; Tim, project manager;  Dave who demo'd the space with amazing speed; Scotty, lead plumber and Vito who painted, added crown molding and handled final touch ups. We first met with Jason at the showroom in Naples, FL, to pick out colors and surfaces, etc. He was very helpful and everything went smoothly. **Q: Hi, great floor selection.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are the floors wood or tile?  What color tile that looks like wood would go with Carrara marble or a Bianco Napoli quartz?

A: Tile planks. Would look better with Bianco Napoli quartz. The Carrara will look too grey. Looks great with Fantasy brown quartzite.

**Q: Love the kitchen!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are the cabinets new or refinished?  What color are they?

A: They were all new custom wood cabinets. Bright white with Dijon glaze.

**Q: find a dealer and maker for maple sanible/white glaze** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We make these custom cabinets ourselves at Cornerstone Builders of SWFL
