As for color, we painted each room a different and unique color which made a huge difference. We also had Abby design all our cabinetry and some assorted pieces of furniture. All were exactly what we were looking for. As for the decorating process, she thoughtfully and meticulously chose furniture, window treatment, carpeting and rugs that made each room a beautifully unique space. While we did allow ourselves to buy very high end furniture and fixtures for most rooms, Abby was understanding and just as effective when we wanted to keep the costs down on other pieces. A: Since this was part of additional millwork in the room it is hard to give you a price specifically on the beds but I would estimate for these two bed the drawers below and the cabinet in between 12 - $15,000.00 (NYC prices) **Q: Loved "12th Street Loft"!
