Then he will cut corners often allowing you only the lowest level possible so that you have to continually upgrade in order to have a nice house. Every upgrade is extremely over priced. Therefore, you end up spending way more than you thought you would. He even charged us for somethings that were included in the contract at the original price, and he didn't give us credit for items we didn't get. We are not the only ones who hated dealing with him and felt cheated.
