Our small bathroom ensuite (sink and vanity, toilet and shower) took nearly SIX MONTHS from the date we signed the agreement to the completion of the project. We were told it would take three. The weld on the cold water pipe broke the day after we used the shower for the first time. Tens of thousands of dollars in damage throughout the house. No apology from management; they simply wanted the final payment. In fact, they refused to speak with me and had someone else respond to my emails and their accounting staff return my phone calls. To be fair, they did give us a 1.4% discount to close our file. Mistakes happen but good customer relations could have helped smooth the experience.
