We started construction on our attached garage and remodel while still living on the other side of the country, which made us nervous not being able to visit often, but Frank constantly kept us in the loop with daily video uploads, FaceTime sessions, and conference calls. Even during this difficult time he was able to constantly keep the ball rolling. She asked us to directly move forward with a bathroom remodel. I explained again that we had pushed contracted customers back to accommodate her needs but we still had to fulfill 9 contracts before we could schedule a new project. > > This customer sent me an email a month later.
