They also installed new trim and doors to my first floor. They did the demo and installation on everything. Bob's workers are very nice and excellent workers. They were willing to make changes if I needed them to. They all do excellent work. I really liked the fact that they cleaned up every night before they left. Bob is a pleasure to work with. He is very patient and will answer any and all questions you may have. He was always available when I had a question. He was very competitive with his pricing and he worked around our schedules to get the job done. I would recommend Bob for any job. We hired him over the phone based on the strength of recommendations from former clients. We were not disappointed. He went above and beyond the call of duty, navigating condo management bureaucracy, satisfying somewhat demanding tenants, searching for obsolete replacement parts and negotiating subcontractors on our behalf. He did great work and really knows how to deal with people. Best of all, he truly stands behind the work that he does and sticks with you should any problems result later. Schaffer did bathroom remodeling, painting, plumbing, carpet cleaning, tub reglazing and other projects for us. We could not be more satisfied. Our only disappointment is that he will not come work on our home in Alabama! Typical cost for this job? I live in the area and am beginning to save for a bathroom remodel - similar size. I need a starting point to work from and am pleased with your work. You also seem reasonable. Thank you for any info you can provide. :) A: This was a partial gut ,, We replaced the tub , tub walls, floor , toilet , fixtures,and vanity.
