> Rob Passarelli completed the major renovation of our home during the Summer of 2015. From beginning to end we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and level of expertise.  Passarelli Custom Homes turned our tiny 1950's brick ranch into a spacious luxury "dream" home!  It was basically a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we had waited years to begin.   Rob was engaged from the planning stages and was very instrumental in designing of the elevations with creativity and great attention to detail.  Frequently on-site, Rob was an excellent project manager.   He has great long-term relationships with his contractors and communicates well with everyone to ensure things are done correctly.  The sub-contractors were also great. The home was completely customized throughout and along the way Rob was instrumental in generating solutions, ideas and flexible with our plan and any challenges that did arise.  We are often complimented on the obvious quality of the construction inside and out. Rob was enjoyable to work with and his confidence eases the mind for the homeowner during what is typically a very stressful time.  I love every square inch of our home, and continue to be in awe of what we were able to accomplish with Rob's help. He was on budget and on time.
