> Jim Guida recently built a new home for us in the Heritage Park neighborhood of Homestead in the Vail Valley. Jim allowed us to be as involved (or not) as we chose to be in the design and building process. He was extremely easy to work with and the finished product is outstanding. We are very happy. The home has been independently tested to be very tight and energy efficient. Any follow up issues, even after closing, have been handled pleasantly with an unquestioned guarantee to make it right. I highly recommend Guida Construction for the quality of product and his integrity.
