We own all our own inventory and we really take pride in our work. We have our own crew of movers and we own our moving trucks so we are able to do stagings every day, on very short notice. Since we own such a large inventory of furnishings we are can make sure we have the best style and size of furniture for each home so it looks it's best! We can often stage within a day or two of the request. We can send touched up photos to you upon completion for your listing upon request. We have the most competitive rates with full stagings starting at only $1400! Consultations and proposals are free and we can help share with your clients the importance and value of staging. We are very detail oriented in our stagings and use furnishings and decor that accentuate the home best. Many times homes may not be selling because buyers can't visualize what the spaces would look like with furniture. They may think an empty room is too small, but once that room is furnished nicely they see that there is plenty of room for all the furnishings they would want there. Many buyers buy on emotion so when they walk into a home and feel comfortable and can visualize themselves living there, they're more likely to write an offer. I have staged quite a few homes that had been previously listed, even up to 6 months without selling, but with staging and re-listing they sold in the first week! If a home could use some updating, staging it can help to take attention away from less desirable features of the home and draw attention to the nice look and feel of the spaces as they are furnished well. Strangest thing I've ever seen. The realtor called and asked why all the windows were blocked and I explained that I have no clue because Josie won't call me back. I don't live in San Diego, so now I have to drive all the way down there and pay to have movers help me move the furniture away from the windows and in a logical formation in the room. $1200 down the drain. I'm in shock. Worst customer service, and why would an interior designer do such a thing? I don't recommend this company and I won't hire them again. Neither will my realtor.
