He fit us into his schedule very quickly and came by to look at our floors. He spent over an hour with us and said our floors were actually in good shape, especially for their age. He spoke very candidly and told us that if it were him he would leave them as they are as refinishing wouldn't materially change the appearance. He presented replacement options, explained the process and the costs, but we decided to not move forward based on the information he provided. Despite not giving him any business, he did a quick repair to a couple of spots in our kitchen and wouldn't accept even a token payment.
